By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
Our contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment and/or credit has been approved us.
Order confirmation
The actual availability and rates that appear on this Website might not be accurate when you place an order. Our account manager will discuss the details with you when the unexpected case occurs. Therefore the final order need to be confirmed by the Invoice.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment condition to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed.
Delivery Charges
We will choose DHL, UPS or other carriers for your orders according to your request or the best option we can offer .
We will calculate the shipping charge by the actual weight and add it in the Invoice. Please confirm the shipping charge in the Invoice.
Delivery is fully tracked, and the carrier provides delivery notifications via SMS and/or email. (We will email you the tracking number once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse or you can contact us to require that if you do not get the information.) Click here to track your order.
HCQS cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
