Protective Smart Circuit Board(TI&TW)

ELEEXP battery equipped with protective “smart” circuit boards, customers can flexibly choose from original TI (Texas Instrument) or compatible Taiwan-made protective smart circuit boards. The protective circuit boards have an integrated circuit (IC) chip that constantly monitors the current and voltage of the cells in the packs and activates MOSFET switches when the pack is subjected to off-nominal conditions.

Crush Test

One-Year Warranty


Our policy is to honor warranty claims within one year unless the defect is caused by owner/user abuse or negligence or if the product was not used as intended. Further, to the fullest extent possible under applicable law, HCQS will not be liable for consequential, incidental or punitive damages.

A warranty claim may require product analysis prior to issuance of a deduction or replacement, which may take up to three (3) business day to process.
